Age:

The age of the child seeking registration for Nursery in the year 2026 should be between 3 years and up to 4 years as on 31 March 2026. If your child is not within the age limit specified, she will not be eligible for admission.

Date of Birth Certificate:

The Original Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation along with a Photo state copy duly attested by a Class A gazetted officer must be submitted at the time of interaction. The original Date of birth certificate of the child should have child’s name, father’s name and mother’s name written on it. The same will be returned to the parents immediately after the verification.

Name and other particulars:

Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name of the Child, Parents name, Date in Birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one written in the date of birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card. All names should be spelled correctly in Capital letters as they will be required in all the legal papers and CBSE record of the candidate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission to Nursery or any subsequent class regarding Date of Birth and Name.

Photographs:

The latest photographs (taken not more than a month before the date of application) of the applicant child is to be uploaded in the space (box no.1) provided for it. A family photograph (show the parents and the applicant child) must be uploaded in the space (box no.2).

Pre-requisites:

Ensure that you have the following before you begin to fill the form.

Incomplete Reg. forms and form providing incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.

Repeated Registration will reject the forms of your ward.

Only Parents mobile number allowed for communication and incorrect contact details will consider as rejected.

Caution:

The school does not accept any donation for admission. Parents should be aware of third parties collecting money on behalf of the school and making false claims of procuring admission. If the parents enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it.

Acknowledgement Receipt:

Once the form for registration is filled and submitted online, you will get an acknowledgment receipt.

You are requested to submit the copy of the online registration form (Completely filled) on 07^th Feb 2026 at 9:00AM to 12.30 Noon.

You will get an SMS on your mobile and e-mail (date and time) for interaction and verification of documents in the KG Block of the School.

Payment of Rs. 500/- should be made Online through payment gateway after filling the form.

The acknowledgment receipt and registration fee receipt should be submitted at the time of interaction.

Parents whose wards are already studying in St. Mary’s School, Rampur should submit a photocopy of the ward’s result (previous class) at the time of interaction.

Documents that are uploaded while registering the form should be brought during the time of interaction. (Mandatory)
