Important: Registration done through online only. Username/Password will be automatically generated
only after complete submission of the online form and is not required before the submission. To fill the online
form, you have to visit the school website www.smsrampur.com


You are advised to fill only one online form. Duplicate forms shall be rejected.


Pre-requisites: Ensure that you have the following before you begin to fill the form.

  •  Family photograph with the applicant child (in JPEG, JPG or .PNG format to be uploaded not more than
    1024KB). Kindly bring the same photograph at the time of registration.
  •  E-mail ID of the parent and Contact Number.
  • Applicant Child's Birth Certificate: Certificate should bear the bChild's Name, Father's Name and Mother's name written on it (in JPEG, JPG or PNG format to be uploaded not more than 1024KB)

  • Aadhaar Card - Child's Aadhaar card is mandatory and Parent's Aadhaar card is also mandatory. Kindly Note:
  • Limited seats available for L.K.G. Registration.
  • The result of the interaction will be intimated online or by SMS.
  • 20 February 2025 will be filling date of the class L.K.G. online registration form at 9.00 AM.
  • Seats are limited.

Date of Birth Certificate: The Original Date of Birth Certificate Provided by Municipality along with a Xerox-copy must be submitted at the time of verification of the forms.
Name and other particulars: Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name of the Child, Parent's name,
Date of birth) correctly in capital letters. Details filled in the form must tally with the one written in the date of
birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission to L.K.G. or any subsequent class
regarding Date of birth.
Rejection of Forms: Incomplete registration forms and forms providing incorrect information will
automatically stand rejected.
Caution: The school does not accept any donation for admission. Parents should be aware of third parties
collecting money on behalf of the school and making false claims of procuring admission. If the parents
enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not
be responsible for it.


Regarding Enquiry: No phone calls will be entertained regarding registration. For any problem kindly
contact us at the given Email ID:- stmarysoffical@gmail.com only. Relevant queries will be replied within 48
hours.


Registration Fee: After the form for registration is filled and saved (submitted online), you will get
registration form and challan copy. Prepare a DD of Rs. 500/- in favour of St. Mary's Kindergarten. Take Print
out of online challan for registration payment. Submit the duly filled challan along with DD in Axis Bank (A/c
No. 919020032487393). (Registration Fee not refundable)


Acknowledgement: You will get SMS on your mobile and mail for the date and time of the interactive session
and verification of documents in the KG Block of the School.

1. PHOTO ATTACHED GENERATED ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
2. ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS WELL AS XEROX.

3. PHOTO COPY OF AADHAAR CARD OF STUDENT.
4. PHOTO COPY OF AADHAAR CARD OF PARENTS.
5. RECEIPT OF REGISTRATION PAYMENT CHALLAN.
6. PHOTO COPY OF SIBLINGS REPORT CARD.

Note: The Original document will be returned to the parents immediately after the verification.
